Hours of Operation:Monday 11:00-5pm, Tuesday 11:00-5:00pm, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00am - 5:00pm, Saturday's 10-noon will be listed on your pickup removal days.(Subject to change due to inclement weather/holiday/unforeseen circumstance).
-HAVE A COPY OF YOUR PRINTED OR DIGITAL INVOICE. You may be turned away without proof of purchase in the form of printed or digital invoice.
-PULL UP TO THE BAY DOOR ON THE North SIDE OF THE BUILDING. Please Park at any of our Welcome guest Parking spots. If the driveway is full, please wait in your vehicle until space becomes available. DO NOT DOUBLE-PARK OR BLOCK VEHICLES IN DRIVEWAY.
-KC MARKET HOUSE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING OR SECURING OF LOAD TO YOUR VEHICLE.If your item weighs over 100lbs., you may need to bring assistance for loading.

Inspection:This auctiondoesoffer scheduled inspection dates.Please call the affiliate at816-286-7666 to schedule an inspection appointment upon request.
Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged 9:00 am the day following the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.Payment onsiteis NOTaccepted at this location.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Exact change is required on cash payments. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.Standard pick-up times are Monday-Friday 10:00-5:00 pm. Holidays/weather may affect these hours. You are alloted 3 business days (M-F) to pick up items from the auction's clos date, no appointment needed. If you are unable to pick up your items within that time frame, a small storage fee will be charged. Items will be returned back to auction after 7 days from close date.After 3 Business Days all unpaid invoices will be marked as unpaid. Please call auction house to settle any unpaid invoices if extending pickup with storage fee option.All items PAID/Unpaid/HELD with storage fee longer than Seven (7) CALENDAR Days are considered abandoned property and are forfeited.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe,items will be forfeited and return back to auction.Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify the Equip-Bid office by email or phone no later than 9:00 am the day following the auction's close.
Refunds:If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.Otherwise no refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items.Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate—tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase withKC Market House, contact us at816-286-7666 before 9:00 am or the card on file will be charged. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
Liability:KC Market House's liability shall be limited to the refund of the bidder's purchase price.
Limitations:The above-stated Terms cannot be altered except in writing by Equip-Bid.
